The Project Scheduler manages scheduling activities across assigned projects to ensure accuracy, integration, and compliance with contractual standards. They are responsible for developing logic-driven schedules, communicating risks, and providing analysis to support timely project delivery.
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of commercial construction experience, including 2-3 years specifically in scheduling. Proficiency in P6, Microsoft Project, or Phoenix PM is required, and a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering is preferred.

The Project Scheduler is responsible for managing scheduling activities across assigned projects. This role ensures that all schedules are accurate, fully integrated, and compliant with both contractual requirements and company standards, supporting timely and efficient project delivery.

Pay Range: $93,000 - $139,000
The salary range listed reflects a broad scope of potential earnings for this position. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, and internal equity. Please note that it is not common for candidates to be hired at the top of the range. We encourage open communication about compensation expectations during the hiring process.
