Vault’s team brings over 90 years of direct carbon storage experience, with involvement in the development of carbon storage projects across North America since 2007.
Vault’s capabilities span technical analysis, project design, permitting, stakeholder engagement, land leasing and acquisition, facility construction, and operations. In collaboration with our industrial partners, we are currently developing CCS projects in the US Midwest, US Southeast, and Canada focusing on single CO2 source, near-site sequestration projects and including 7 projects currently under contract.
Vault has secured a US$300 million equity capital commitment from Grey Rock Investment Partners (Dallas, TX based private equity company) and has offices in Denver, CO and Calgary, AB.

Vault 44.01 is seeking a Legislative & External Affairs Coordinator to support the company’s government relations, regulatory strategy, and community engagement functions across its full carbon capture and storage (CCS) project portfolio. While the role supports all Vault projects nationally, the primary focus will be on Midwest project sites, and candidates located in the Midwest are strongly preferred. This is a substantive external affairs role requiring direct engagement with state legislators, regulatory agencies, local officials, and community stakeholders. The ideal candidate has working knowledge of state legislative processes in one or more Midwest states, experience supporting government or public affairs functions, and the professional presence to represent the company effectively with elected officials, regulators, and community leaders.
