The Assistant Manager is responsible for overall store operations during their shift, including managing 3 to 30 employees and ensuring cost and inventory control. They must perform duties ranging from customer service and order taking to product preparation and delivery.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with experience leading a team and a professional attitude. A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and access to a reliable insured vehicle are required.

Of course, you'll need some skills- judgement, math and the ability to multi-task.
Assistant managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift. This includes cost control, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You set the tone and the example for the store and you have to be on your game 100% of the time!
