The Supervisor is responsible for the safety, quality, and profitability of site remediation projects by managing field personnel and equipment. They ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and company health and safety programs while overseeing daily project activities.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of foreman experience and a strong working knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulatory standards. The role requires the ability to travel, work in hazardous environments, and maintain necessary professional certifications.
Job Summary
The Supervisor position is part of the Operations Management department which is associated with the delivery of MER’s four core service lines (Emergency Response, Industrial and Marine Services, Facility Decontamination, and Site Remediation.) This supervisor will focus on site remediation projects. The position is responsible for the safety, quality and profitability of all activities performed on assigned jobs. The Superintendent is typically charged with overseeing multiple projects at one time. The Supervisoris expected to adhere to at all times and demonstrate the Company Core Values of Integrity, Mutual Respect, Discipline and Professionalism. They must be able to read plans, follow job budgets and operate carious pieces of equipment.
