The General Manager provides overall leadership and administrative oversight for the regional office, including financial accountability for profit and loss. They are responsible for driving growth in core strategic service lines and managing client relationships and business development.
Candidates must have over 10 years of experience in the inland and offshore diving services market and a background in maritime or construction. An associate degree is required, though a bachelor's degree is preferred, along with a proven track record of selling deals between $500K and $10M.
The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operations and administrative details of the regional office. This includes financial accountability for profit and loss as well as projects within the region, and focused growth within our core strategic service lines.
