Job Summary:
JOB SUMMARY Plans, develops and executes ongoing program(s) that impacts a significant segment of the organization under occasional guidance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Credentialing Experience for Providers and Academic Appointments experience preferred
Clinical Operations Support: Understand scope of coverage and clinical practice needs to manage School of Medicine faculty appointments, privileging, and payor enrollment processes for Main Campus, the Regional Hospitals, Stallworth, and the VIS outpatient imaging centers.
Partner with department leadership to develop/update protocols, support the peer review process, conduct analyses, and manage all out of state provider practice limits.
Participate in the regulatory agency review and accreditation processes by managing all documentation requests.
Partner with immigration to navigate physician visa needs, and manage all alternate pathway to board certification applicants with the ABR.
Coordinate with contracted private groups to ensure compliance with all VUMC policies and procedures.
Support practice expansion and ongoing compliance and process improvement initiatives.
Support the faculty development and promotion processes in coordination with clinical leadership.
