Role Description:
Provide high-level administrative support in our Philadelphia office supporting leaders across our Fixed Income division.
Manage calendars, coordinates meetings, and prioritizes executive schedules
Process expense reports and invoices with accuracy and attention to detail
Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel arrangements
Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and correspondence as needed
Execute various ad-hoc projects and special initiatives as assigned
Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, self-direction, and a strong sense of ownership.
Ability to demonstrate a proactive approach, be extremely organized, flexible, and have excellent attention to detail.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills paired with the ability to be highly confidential with information and exercise appropriate judgment/discretion.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
5+ years of experience in an executive assistant role. Financial industry experience is preferred.
