The Sr. Software Engineer will lead the design, development, and modernization of enterprise healthcare applications and integration platforms. This role involves providing technical leadership, mentoring staff, and ensuring operational stability through collaboration with stakeholders and vendors.
Candidates must have at least 8 years of software development experience, including 5 years in healthcare IT and expertise in EDI, SQL Server, and Python/Django. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, along with the ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.
CBH is seeking an experienced Sr. Software Engineer with deep healthcare technology expertise to lead the design, development, integration, modernization, and support of enterprise healthcare applications and integration platforms.
This role combines hands-on technical leadership with team leadership responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in healthcare EDI integrations, SQL Server development, Azure API technologies, and modern Python/Django-based application development.
The individual will help guide technical direction, mentor development staff, coordinate operational support activities, and partner closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and IT leadership to deliver scalable and reliable healthcare technology solutions.
This position will play a key role in supporting modernization initiatives, operational stability, interoperability, automation, and enterprise application integration efforts.
