Olsen Thielen offers a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to reward performance and recognize your value to the firm. The starting salary range for this role is $110,000 to $130,000, based on factors like experience, qualifications, and organizational needs. Compensation also includes a bonus structure and eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program.
