U.S. Bank seeks a career professional to lead and manage a small and critical team of paralegals supporting the Bank’s Trust Legal division. The person in this role supervises, leads, directs, and distributes work to paralegals and administrative assistant staff. A primary function of this position is the supervision and distribution of legal process for the Bank’s trust division, ensuring pleadings and correspondence are properly researched, identified, routed, and tendered to the appropriate party for action. The person in this role also oversees responses to subpoenas served on the Bank’s trust division. Another critical component of this position is researching accounts and account histories, legacy transactions, prior activities of the Bank and its affiliates, and historical records. This role involves the handling of sensitive and confidential matters, which requires sound judgment, discretion, and strict adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, all while continuing to manage workflow distribution, prioritize assignments, and oversee staff performance.
This position is a hybrid role (60%+ in-office) with preference given to candidates in Minneapolis.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
