The Regional Quality Manager is responsible for executing quality control plans, driving compliance with assurance protocols, and implementing corrective actions across the region. They also lead the training of plant quality teams and oversee the resolution of customer claims through technical service representatives.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy or Material Sciences and 7-10 years of progressive quality management experience in coil coating. A Six Sigma Blackbelt is strongly preferred or required within 24 months of hire.

Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgy and/or Material Sciences.

7-10 years progressive quality management experience in a coil coating setting and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Blackbelt strongly preferred – will be required within 24 months of assuming the position.
Professional demeanor.
Communicates well with all levels of management.
Ability to quickly learn new tasks.
Must be flexible and able to balance priorities.
Strong oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal/negotiation skills.
