Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering with at least 7 years of reliability experience in heavy manufacturing. Proficiency in RCA, FMEA, and PdM technologies is essential, with reliability certifications preferred.

We are seeking a results-driven Reliability Engineer to join our Engineering & Maintenance team to support the maintenance and reliability efforts across fourteen coil coating facilities. This individual will be responsible for driving equipment reliability improvements, reducing downtime, and optimizing asset performance by applying engineering methodologies, data analysis, and continuous improvement strategies. The ideal candidate brings strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise in heavy manufacturing, and a passion for sustainable, cost-effective operations.
