The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Senior Accountant, Financial Accounting & Reporting to join our Internal Risk Controls team in Toronto, Ontario.
The role is a permanent hybrid position. This posting is for an existing position vacancy.
As a Specialist Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting financial reporting, accounting consolidation, and performance reporting activities across the organization. This position requires a strong technical accounting background combined with exceptional stakeholder management skills, as the successful candidate will work closely with business leaders, external auditors, and cross-functional teams.

We are currently seeking an Analyst II, Corporate Accounting to join our Corporate Accounting Department team Toronto.
The role is a permanent remote position. This posting is for an existing position vacancy.
As an Analyst II, Corporate Accounting you will support the accounting department’s mandate of providing timely financial and management accounting reporting and analysis in accordance with IFRS, GAAP’s and Vale policies and standards. Your experience and skills will provide expertise and consultative support to manage often complex special projects relative to changing business initiatives, and also monitor and evaluate current policies, procedures and reporting systems and make recommendations using best practices to provide continuous improvements and uphold Vale Inco’s mission of overall financial strength and growth.
