Requires over 5 years of auto liability property damage claims experience and at least 3 years of supervisory experience. Candidates must possess strong technical claims handling skills and the ability to pass state licensing examinations.

Scope of the position includes ensuring compliance with State mandated claims handling guidelines, understanding of policy language and coverages, as well as assuring proper investigation and conclusions of claims. Position also includes monitoring production, staff development and the quality of files assigned to the Unit.
