The Clinic Director provides direct therapy services while leading a team to deliver high-quality care within a senior living community. They are responsible for coordinating care, mentoring staff, and managing day-to-day clinic operations to ensure a seamless resident experience.
Candidates must hold a current professional license in a therapy discipline such as PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP. Previous leadership or mentorship experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
