They also provide supervision to Destination Services Coordinators and ensure all excursion programs meet organizational standards.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in shore excursion development and a bachelor's degree in a related field. Proficiency in NVS/Seaware and Microsoft Office suite is required, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Shore Excursions for all brands under the NCLH umbrella in their respective region. Serves as the main point of contact in assuring that all Shore Excursions are up to date and liaise with Manager, Destination Services and operators for any new additional shore excursions.
