The Opportunity
We're excited to offer an opportunity for an analytical and service-oriented professional to join our Knowledge Management team as an Analyst, Knowledge Management & Investment Data.
In this role, you'll help ensure the organisation's knowledge, content, research and information systems operate effectively and continue to evolve to meet the needs of our investment professionals and broader business stakeholders. You'll play an important role in maintaining and improving Knowledge Management systems, supporting users, enhancing data quality, and contributing to projects that strengthen how information is managed across the organisation.
This is a unique opportunity to combine system administration, information management, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement work in a highly collaborative environment. You'll work closely with colleagues across Knowledge Management, Investment Data, and Technology, helping deliver better information outcomes through strong processes, technology and user support.
What you'll be doing
Support the administration, maintenance and ongoing improvement of Knowledge Management systems and information platforms.
Provide day-to-day user support and respond to enquiries with a strong focus on customer service and timely resolution.
Assist with system enhancements, upgrades and change initiatives, including testing, documentation and user communications.
Support information management and data governance activities to improve data quality, accessibility and compliance.
Perform data analysis, cleansing and integrity checks to maintain accurate and reliable information.
Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides and operational procedures.
Generate audit reports and assist with system health checks and follow-up activities.
Support workflow development and process improvements within Enterprise Content Management systems.
Work closely with Technology teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.
Contribute to Knowledge Management projects and initiatives, balancing project work alongside operational support responsibilities.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance user experience and increase operational efficiency.
About You

You may come from an Information Management, Knowledge Management, Records Management, Library Services, Data Management or Business Systems background and enjoy working at the intersection of information, technology and process improvement.
You'll likely bring:
Experience working in Information Management, Knowledge Management, Records Management or a related discipline.
Experience supporting enterprise systems, content management platforms or information management technologies.
An understanding of information governance, records management principles and information lifecycle management practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify practical solutions to business and system challenges.
Experience providing system, process or user support in a corporate environment.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
A continuous improvement mindset and enthusiasm for learning new technologies and ways of working.
Experience with Enterprise Content Management systems and associated information platforms.
Exposure to Atlassian products such as Confluence and Jira would be beneficial.
