The Commercial Specialist will manage complex procurement activities, tender documentation, and contract performance within the Defence GWEO Enterprise. They will provide expert commercial and financial advice while ensuring compliance with Defence procurement policies and governance requirements.
Candidates must have demonstrated experience in procurement, commercial management, or Defence acquisition, with ASDEFCON experience being highly desirable. A minimum AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance and Australian citizenship are mandatory requirements for this role.

KBR is seeking an experienced Commercial & Contract Manager with a strong background in financial acumen to support the Guided Weapons and Explosive Ordnance (GWEO) Enterprise, one of Australia’s most significant Defence capability programs.
This is an exciting opportunity to apply your commercial, procurement, and contract management expertise to support the delivery of complex Defence acquisition outcomes. Working alongside project teams, Commonwealth stakeholders, and industry partners, you will contribute to procurement strategies, tender activities, contract performance management, and commercial decision-making.
This role can be based in either Melbourne or Canberra, providing flexibility for the right candidate.
