Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to a team of psychologists within the Multicultural Child and Family Program. Deliver culturally appropriate psychological assessments and interventions for children and young people while collaborating with families and external stakeholders.
Must be a registered psychologist with AHPRA and hold Board Approved Supervisor status. Requires postgraduate training or significant experience working with children, families, and CALD communities.

SSI is looking for a Child and Family Lead Psychologist to provide clinical leadership, supervision and support within our Multicultural Child and Family Program. This is a meaningful opportunity to lead a small team of psychologists, support trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice, and help strengthen outcomes for children, young people, carers and families.

In this part-time role (3 days), you will lead and support two psychologists working within SSI’s Multicultural Child and Family Program. You will provide clinical guidance, supervision and trauma-informed support, while also contributing directly to psychological assessment and intervention for children and young people when required.
You will work closely with case managers, carers, families, senior leaders and external stakeholders to support safe, high-quality and culturally responsive practice.
This role can be based in either Sydney or Brisbane, with hybrid working arrangements available.
