About the Role:
The Family Office Strategist ("FO Strategist") is a senior specialist responsible for expanding and deepening the Private Bank's Family Office business among ultra-high-net-worth families. Embedded within the Private Bank coverage model, the FO Strategist brings deep expertise across family office structures, governance, operations, investments, strategic capital solutions, and multigenerational wealth planning to help clients address increasingly complex needs.

Drive growth of the Family Office business by identifying opportunities across existing and prospective client relationships.
Expand market share within the ultra-high-net-worth and Family Office segment through proactive opportunity identification and strategic relationship development.
Increase penetration of key solutions, including alternative investments, private markets, strategic capital, treasury, and banking capabilities. Enterprise Connectivity
Serve as a central point of coordination across the broader Bank of America platform to deliver integrated solutions for Family Office clients.
Facilitate collaboration with partners across Investments, Credit, Treasury, Global Markets, Global Commercial Banking, Global Corporate & Investment Banking, Trust and Estate Planning, and Philanthropic Solutions.
Ensure clients can effectively access the full breadth of enterprise capabilities through a coordinated and seamless experience.
Multigenerational and Family Leadership Engagement
Engage current and future family leaders through educational programs, governance discussions, and relationship-building initiatives.
Support families navigating generational transitions and evolving leadership dynamics.
Advance strategies designed to strengthen long-term retention, connectivity, and growth across multiple generations. Family Office Platform and Strategic Initiatives
Promote Family Office operating capabilities, technology solutions, treasury infrastructure, and service models that improve efficiency and scalability.
Identify emerging industry trends and client needs to inform strategic direction and platform development.
Contribute to initiatives that enhance the Private Bank's Family Office value proposition and competitive positioning
FO Strategist Qualifications:
10+ years of experience serving Family Offices, UHNW clients, institutional investors, or complex wealth management relationships.
Deep understanding of Family Office governance, operations, investment management, credit, treasury, and wealth structuring solutions.
Proven business development and consultative sales experience with a demonstrated ability to drive growth and influence outcomes.
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and translate client needs into integrated solutions.
Exceptional communication, executive presence, and relationship management skills.
Ability to navigate complex organizations and mobilize resources across multiple business lines.
