The Director of Asset Management oversees a portfolio of residential and mixed-use assets in Central and Eastern Canada, focusing on strategic planning, resource allocation, and value creation. They are responsible for managing budgets, property performance, and leading internal teams to ensure operational excellence and sustainability.
Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of industry experience and a post-secondary education in a related discipline. Proven knowledge of building systems, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive results are essential for this role.
This leadership role will actively participate in establishing and executing on the strategic objectives and management decisions. The ideal candidate is highly organized with a keen eye for detail, a high degree of common sense and judgment. The successful person will be a self-starter, a strategic thinker and have a great service-oriented attitude that will continue to encourage constant improvement of services and performance.

QUALIFICATIONS
The base salary for this position is between $125,000.00 to $175,000.00 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
