The Critical Environments Lead manages preventative and corrective maintenance for mission-critical facilities to ensure maximum uptime and operational reliability. This includes overseeing electrical and mechanical building systems while guiding and training junior team members.
Candidates must have over 5 years of facility operations experience, including 4 years in critical environments, and hold a journeyman license in refrigeration, electrical, or stationary engineering. A valid driver's license and the ability to meet enhanced security clearance are also required.

The Critical Environments Lead is responsible for the delivery of preventative and corrective maintenance, routine and on-demand services for assigned mission critical facilities. Given the risk associated with mission critical facilities, adherence to established processes and risk management practices is important in order to ensure the reliability of operations and achievement of facility uptime objectives. Critical Environment Lead also performs and delivers preventative and corrective maintenance as well as routine and on-demand services.

This is a regular, full-time position with a salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum. The starting salary will be based on the successful candidate’s competencies, including but not limited to experience, education and performance related to this role.
