Remotely operate Building Automation Systems (BAS) to implement control changes and optimize energy and operational efficiency. Coordinate corrective actions for complex issues and provide remote technical support to on-site technician teams.
Requires a college diploma and at least 3 years of experience in remote BAS operation and troubleshooting. Candidates must be proficient in BACnet systems and available for rotational shifts, on-call duties, and emergency responses.
The RCC Operating Technologist is responsible for remotely operating Building Automation Systems (BAS) in BGIS-managed client facilities. You will implement day-to-day operator level control changes, review trend data to support trouble shooting efforts, implement changes for energy and operational optimization initiatives, and coordinate corrective actions for complex issues.
This is a regular, full-time position with a salary range of $54,185 - $67,732 per annum. The starting salary will be based on the successful candidate’s competencies, including but not limited to experience, education and performance related to this role.
