The EHS Specialist is responsible for advancing a Safety 1st Culture through employee engagement, coaching, and the management of joint health and safety committees. They will maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems while monitoring EHS KPIs and designing projects to prevent injury and environmental impact.
Candidates must have a post-secondary degree or diploma in OHS, Health Sciences, HR, or a related field, with 2 to 4 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing EHS role. Knowledge of Ontario and Federal health and safety legislation is required, and a CRST designation or equivalent is preferred.

We offer:In accordance with the Pay Transparency Act, we are committed to providing clear and accessible information about compensation for this role. The expected compensation range for this position is CAD $55,000 - $70,000 Annually. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on several job-related factors, including relevant education, depth and breadth of experience, professional certifications or license, specialized skills aligned with the role, and internal equity considerations. This role offers a comprehensive total rewards package, including paid vacation, group health benefits, pension plan, bonus, and additional employee programs.
