Ta journée ressemblera à ceci:

Effectuer la réparation sur les équipements audiovisuels
Communiquer avec les manufacturiers
Recherche de prix et de la disponibilité des pièces au besoin
Fournir une estimé des pièces et du temps nécessaire aux réparations
Commander les pièces de remplacement
Assurer un support technique aux clients et aux collègues
Documenter le travail effectué dans l’outil de billetterie
Mettre à jour la documentation interne à Solotech, en accord avec les modifications effectués
Faire un suivi sur les réparations en cours
Répondre à des questions techniques provenant des clients
Rédiger des rapports sur la réalisation des travaux
Collaborer avec les différents intervenants afin d’assurer le meilleur service à la clientèle possible

Ton profil

Bilingue : français et anglais
Détenir un DEC ou un DEP (électronique), génie électronique ou l’équivalent
Minimum de 3 à 5 années d’expérience dans un poste similaire
Connaissance des équipements de sonorisation, projection vidéo et d’éclairage professionnel
Connaissance de base en informatique
Maîtrise des deux langues officielles tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
Aisance relationnelle et capacité à communiquer directement avec le client
Orienté vers le travail d'équipe et esprit de collaboration
Bonne gestion des priorités et respect des échéanciers et de délais serrés
Forte habilitée à travailler sous pression et capacité de s'adapter au changement
Capacités de soudure fine de montage en surface, inspection et travail au microscope, dessoudage à l'air chaud (un atout)
Capacités de se déplacer chez les différents clients, détenir un permis de conduire et un passeport valide (un atout)
Doit être disponible et ouvert à travailler sur des horaires atypiques en fonction de projets d’exceptions
