The plumber will carry out responsive repairs and maintenance in occupied social housing properties, including fixing leaks, drainage issues, and heating system faults. They are responsible for ensuring all work meets safety regulations while providing excellent customer service to residents.
Candidates must have proven experience in domestic plumbing maintenance and a full UK driving licence. A City & Guilds qualification in plumbing is required, along with strong fault-finding skills and the ability to work independently.
We’re looking for an experienced and dependable Plumber to join our expanding team, supporting a busy responsive repairs contract in Birmingham. This is a practical, hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks in occupied social housing properties.
From fixing leaks and replacing taps to diagnosing more complex issues with heating systems or drainage, you’ll be the go-to expert for keeping homes safe, functional, and comfortable. You’ll be working directly with residents, so a professional approach and strong customer service skills are essential.
With a steady flow of work and a commitment to improving housing standards, this is a great opportunity to be part of a team that’s making a real difference in the community.
