Every year, thousands of Marie Curie supporters help us provide expert care and support to people living with a terminal illness and their families. As a Supporter Relations Officer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every supporter feels valued, informed and inspired to continue making a difference.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering excellent customer service, thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in providing outstanding administrative support.
Working as part of our friendly team, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our supporters, helping to manage enquiries, support fundraising campaigns and events, maintain supporter records and ensure every interaction reflects the high standards of care Marie Curie is known for.

Salary: £24,308
Contract: Contract role 6 months
Based: Hybrid remote - This role is based in our Edinburgh Leith office. During your initial training period, you will be required to attend the office full time. Once training has been completed, the role will move to a hybrid working pattern of 3 days per week in the office and 2 days working from home.
Please note that being based within reasonable commuting distance of Edinburgh is an essential requirement for this role.
