The salesperson is responsible for providing excellent customer service, achieving personal and store sales goals, and performing DIY services like battery and wiper installations. They also manage store inventory processes, including truck put-away, cycle counts, and maintaining overall store cleanliness.
Candidates should have 2-3 years of retail sales experience and possess basic knowledge of automotive systems and parts. The role requires the ability to lift up to 100 pounds, communicate effectively, and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
What is a Salesperson?
