Manage complex, multi-party commercial Workers' Compensation claims by determining liability, coverage, and establishing reserves. Develop case strategies and negotiate settlements while ensuring high-quality customer service and compliance with best practices.
Requires a Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience, or a JD with 2+ years, or a High School Diploma with 8+ years in Claims/Litigation Management. Must obtain required adjuster licenses and possess strong analytical and communication skills.
Zurich North America is looking for an exceptional Senior Workers' Compensation Claims Specialist to join our dynamic and dedicated claims team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage complex, multi-party commercial Workers' Compensation claims with moderate to high exposure and make a meaningful impact through your expertise. In this role, you will ensure claims are handled efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service, showcasing your skills in a challenging and rewarding environment. In this position you will work out of our Maitland, FL office where you'll benefit from a hybrid work schedule and the chance to contribute to Zurich's reputation for excellence.

Your pay at Zurich is based on your role, location, skills, and experience. We follow local laws to ensure fair compensation. You may also be eligible for bonuses and merit increases. If your expectations are above the listed range, we still encourage you to apply—your unique background matters to us. The proposed salary range for this position is $75,800.00 - $124,100.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 15%.
