Position Summary
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations with a focus on front-of-house leadership. This exempt, non–tip-eligible role is responsible for hiring, training, and staffing FOH team members, ensuring smooth execution of service, and maintaining high standards of safety, sanitation, and hospitality. The AGM also assists with cost control, facilities management, and operational excellence, playing a key role in delivering Olive & Finch's mission of exceptional food and guest experiences.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring extended periods of standing, walking, and interacting with staff and guests in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Must be able to bend, lift up to 50 lbs., and manage shift demands. Flexible scheduling including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
