The Commercial Banking Support Specialist provides comprehensive product and service support to business customers while resolving inquiries through multiple channels. They also collaborate with sales teams to identify cross-sell opportunities and assist with account maintenance and onboarding processes.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, with additional post-high school courses preferred. A minimum of 12 months of experience in a banking or customer-facing role is preferred, along with proficiency in MS Office and financial software.
