The Tax Strategist is responsible for preparing corporate, partnership, and personal income tax returns while providing expert financial and tax advice to clients. They also manage tax administration, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor junior staff to foster continuous improvement.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least two years of accounting experience, including one year of business tax return preparation. Proficiency in GAAP, tax laws, and integrated accounting software is required, along with strong critical thinking and communication skills.

Preparing personal and business income tax returns and statements for audits. Prepares, submits, and manages tax statements and returns for businesses and clients. Provides advice on financial and tax matters and should have an in-dept knowledge of the regulations, laws and acts that govern the process. Mentor and guide peers through knowledge transfer and skill development. Foster and enhance continuous improvement initiatives. Accurately process various forms of financial information and materials, ensuring compliance with relevant reporting requirements.
