The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for driving profitability through financial oversight, labor management, and inventory control. They are also tasked with recruiting, training, and coaching staff to ensure operational excellence and a high-quality guest experience.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility. Additional requirements include being at least 18 years old and having the physical ability to perform restaurant duties and close the store at least twice a week.

As a Restaurant General Manager, you’ll also be eligible to participate in a quarterly bonus program, based on your restaurant’s performance.
