The Bathroom Installer will perform demolition, plumbing, and carpentry tasks to install bath and shower systems in customers' homes. They are responsible for maintaining a clean job site and ensuring high-quality installations while providing excellent customer service.
Candidates should have 1+ years of experience in construction, remodeling, or home improvement, though it is not strictly required. A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening are mandatory.
Clearwater Shower Bath is growing, and we're looking for skilled, dependable Bathroom Installers and Remodelers to join our installation team serving homeowners across Florida.
If you have experience in construction, remodeling, carpentry, plumbing, or home improvement and want a company where quality work is valued and advancement is real, we want to hear from you.
We set our installers up to succeed. Materials are staged, tools and equipment are provided, and our operations team supports you from start to finish. You can focus on what you do best: delivering a great installation and an excellent experience for the homeowner.
We're not just looking for someone to fill an installer position. We want people who can grow with us.
Year 1 — Installer
Learn our systems, processes, and quality standards.
Year 2 — Lead Installer
Take ownership of your installations and customer experience.
Year 3+ — Team Lead
Take on greater responsibility and help develop other installers.

Grow into leadership and help drive the success of our installation operation.
As a Bathroom Installer / Remodeler, you'll work in customers' homes completing high-quality bath and shower remodeling projects.
