Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for senior staff.
Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling telephone and email enquiries with the utmost professionalism.
Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and correspondence.
Organise and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure information is easily accessible.
Assist with basic bookkeeping duties, including processing invoices and tracking expenses.
