Responsible for supporting enterprise applications, troubleshooting core business systems, and creating ETL processes to integrate data. The role involves collaborating with users to identify requirements and implementing system upgrades to meet business needs.
Requires a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Business Administration, or a related field. Candidates need 1 to 3 years of experience in database design, systems integration, or web development depending on the level (I or II).
Responsible for support of enterprise applications and software. Analyzes business process issues and/or problems and provides assistance to system users; maintain, and troubleshoot core business applications, including application servers, associated hardware, endpoints, and databases.
