The technician is responsible for performing water mitigation processes and responding to emergency service calls to minimize property loss. Duties include maintaining equipment, organizing service vehicles, and collaborating with crew chiefs to meet customer needs.
A valid driver's license is required, and at least one year of experience in water mitigation or disaster restoration is preferred. IICRC certification is also preferred along with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

What You’ll Do
• Communicate with crew chiefs and lead technicians to understand and meet customer needs
• Respond to emergency service calls as part of Thomasville Restoration’s commitment to rapid response
• Perform mitigation processes following company guidelines and instructions from crew chiefs/lead technicians
• Inventory, load, and prepare vans with equipment, products, and supplies for jobs
• Clean, disinfect, and inspect equipment regularly to ensure safe use
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle with proper equipment appearance
• Perform end-of-job and end-of-day cleanup and breakdown
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle and equipment maintenance checklists
• Take ownership of responsibilities and suggest ways to improve efficiency
• Assist with other duties and tasks as business needs evolve
Who You Are
• Valid driver’s license required
• At least 1 year of experience in water mitigation or disaster restoration preferred
• IICRC certification preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
• Reliable, hands-on, and comfortable with on-the-road work
