The Plant Manager is responsible for directing daily plant operations, production schedules, and supervising all plant personnel. They must ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and governmental regulations while managing maintenance projects and plant budgets.
Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or GED, with a minimum of three years in a leadership role and five years in construction or manufacturing. A basic understanding of chemical and mechanical engineering is required, along with the ability to perform physical tasks in an industrial environment.

Summary

Work Environment
This position requires its responsibilities to be performed in an asphalt emulsions manufacturing plant. Plants are outdoors and may require that work be done in adverse weather condition. Work conditions may involve exposure to hot materials, chemicals, fumes, dust, odors, gases, and other substances used in a construction environment.
