The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility upkeep including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. They will also handle work orders, property turns, and grounds maintenance while providing excellent customer service.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in HVAC and appliance repair along with general maintenance knowledge. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, possession of personal tools, and a valid driver's license.

Position Summary:
Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures, in addition to performing grounds maintenance.
