The specialist is responsible for issuing initial and subsequent re-disclosures to consumers for various loan types across multiple states. This includes reviewing loan information, updating the Loan Origination System, and ensuring compliance with TRID guidelines and company policies.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and four to six years of related experience. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Encompass, Blend, or Ncino is required, while a bachelor's degree is preferred.

The right candidate will work within a centralized department to issue initial and subsequent re-disclosures to consumers for multiple loan types in multiple states. Accuracy and timeliness are paramount due to the regulatory and business requirements related to disclosures.
