The Director of Milling Services will provide strategic leadership to the milling team while overseeing production planning, equipment maintenance, and operational budgets. They are responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring safety compliance, and mentoring personnel to maintain high performance standards.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and possess at least 10 years of experience in milling operations, including 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of milling technologies, regulatory requirements, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Keeley Construction is looking for a Director of Milling Service to join our team. This role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in milling processes, equipment management, and personnel supervision. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing milling operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met or exceeded.
