Oversee subcontractors and daily operations to ensure data center projects are completed on schedule, within quality standards, and in compliance with safety regulations. Act as the primary on-site representative coordinating between contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate critical MEP and IT infrastructure.
Requires over 10 years of construction supervision experience, preferably with 5 years focused on mission-critical data center facilities. A bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering is preferred, along with advanced knowledge of power distribution and cooling systems.

OVERVIEW
Element Critical seeks a Data Center Field Superintendent in Austin, TX embodying accountability, integrity, grit, and problem-solving. This role oversees subcontractors, mitigates risk, manages daily operations, ensures project schedules, quality, and safety, and fosters effective communication in a fast-paced environment.
This role demands a proactive, detail-oriented professional with deep expertise in Safety, QA/QC, and Scheduling, capable of balancing technical oversight with stakeholder collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
