The Foreman is responsible for overseeing teams of electricians to ensure efficient project execution and high-quality electrical installations. They must manage project materials, tools, and job information while maintaining strict safety standards and fostering positive client relationships.
Candidates must hold a TDLR Journeyman or Master Electrical License and have at least 3 years of documented commercial field experience. The role requires physical stamina for ladder work and the ability to manage teams of 5 to 30 people on projects ranging from $10,000 to $15M.
