The Service Advisor is responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales through leads and proposals, and overseeing project operations from material ordering to billing. They also provide technical support to technicians and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of experience as a Level IV Service Technician or CSR II. A valid driver's license, a good driving record, and strong communication skills are required.
