The Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the construction phase of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. Duties include managing jobsite safety, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring all deliverables meet customer requirements.
Candidates must have at least 10 years of construction experience, including 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management is preferred, along with proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
Job Summary:
