Responsible for planning and coordinating the installation of outdoor play and fitness areas from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, coordinating contractors, conducting site visits, and ensuring compliance with local safety regulations.
Requires a technical background and experience in project management within construction, landscaping, or installation sectors. Candidates must be able to read technical drawings and possess strong communication skills for dealing with clients and partners.
In qualità di Project Manager, sarai responsabile della pianificazione, del coordinamento e della realizzazione dei progetti KOMPAN dall’inizio alla fine. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con clienti, installatori, appaltatori e team interni per garantire che ogni progetto venga eseguito in modo sicuro, efficiente e secondo i più elevati standard qualitativi.
Gestirai contemporaneamente più progetti, bilanciando tempistiche, budget ed aspettative degli stakeholder. Il ruolo prevede visite regolari ai cantieri, monitoraggio dell’avanzamento lavori, gestione della documentazione e comunicazione proattiva con tutte le parti coinvolte.
Collaborerai inoltre con i team Sales, Project Coordination, Installation e Back Office per garantire un’esecuzione fluida dei progetti e un’eccellente esperienza per il cliente.
Gestire progetti di installazione di aree gioco e fitness outdoor dalla pianificazione al completamento.
Fornire supporto tecnico al team Sales durante la fase di preparazione delle offerte.
Redigere o verificare i Piani Operativi di Sicurezza (POS) e assicurarsi che siano specifici per ciascun cantiere.
Coordinare installatori, appaltatori e partner esterni.
Effettuare sopralluoghi regolari e monitorare l’avanzamento dei lavori rispetto alla pianificazione.
Preparare documentazione, rapporti di cantiere e report di chiusura progetto.
Gestire le pratiche autorizzative e garantire la conformità alle normative locali.
Partecipare a kick-off di progetto, riunioni di cantiere e meeting interni.
Monitorare budget, marginalità e date di consegna dei progetti.
Supportare il team Service e Aftersales quando necessario.
Mantenere dati di progetto accurati nel CRM e collaborare strettamente con il Back Office.
Il tuo percorso professionale può essere vario, ma possiedi esperienza nella gestione di progetti di costruzione, paesaggistica, installazione o in ambiti tecnici simili. Ti trovi a tuo agio in un ambiente dinamico, lavori in autonomia e sei orientato alla consegna di risultati di alta qualità.
Abbia esperienza nel project management in ambito costruzioni, paesaggistica, installazione o settori affini.
Abbia esperienza nella gestione di appaltatori e nel coordinamento di partner esterni.
Possieda un background tecnico, ad esempio nella realizzazione di opere paesaggistiche, nella gestione di cantieri o in attività analoghe.
Sappia leggere disegni tecnici, quote altimetriche e documentazione di tracciamento del progetto.
Lavori in modo strutturato, orientato alla qualità e alla ricerca di soluzioni.
Comunichi in modo chiaro e professionale con clienti e partner.
Sia a tuo agio nell’utilizzo di Microsoft Office e degli strumenti digitali per la gestione dei progetti.
Ti assuma la responsabilità delle tue attività mantenendo una forte attenzione al cliente.
