Responsible for the general upkeep, repair, and maintenance of make ready units, including painting and trash outs. The role involves conducting inspections and responding to service requests to ensure property safety and cleanliness.
Prior experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred along with strong knowledge of building systems. Candidates must possess physical stamina, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
