The Project Manager is responsible for implementing construction project plans, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered within pre-determined cost levels. They will coordinate project teams, facilitate client meetings, monitor job site production, and handle all necessary documentation for change orders and contracts.
Candidates should have experience in new product development and leading cross-functional teams, with proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and PMP certification is considered a plus.

This individual will work closely with the client providing status updates on timelines as well as budgeted costs and will be responsible for all documentation for change orders. The PM will most likely be working on multiple projects for the commercial retail client.
