You will assemble and install residential solar panels, racking systems, and related components according to project plans. Additionally, you will perform system testing, ensure structural integrity on rooftops, and maintain strict safety standards on-site.
Candidates must have at least one year of solar installation experience and be comfortable working at heights on rooftops. You must be able to read blueprints, follow technical instructions, and work effectively as part of a field crew.

What You’ll Be Doing
Installing Solar Systems
You’ll assemble and install solar panels, racking systems, and related components based on project plans and specifications.
Working on Rooftops
You’ll perform installations on residential rooftops, ensuring proper sealing, alignment, and structural integrity.
Following Plans & Standards
You’ll read and follow blueprints, schematics, and instructions to ensure installations meet all required codes.
System Testing & Quality Checks
You’ll help verify system performance, check connections, and ensure everything is working correctly.
Maintaining Safety Standards
You’ll identify and manage safety risks on-site, ensuring safe working conditions at all times.
