5 years of experience in program or project management.
5 years of experience with technical teams responsible for project management, engineering, and construction of data centers or mission critical facilities.
5 years of experience with electrical, mechanical, controls, security monitoring, fire safety, networking/fiber, server equipment, systems, or infrastructure.
Preferred qualifications:
5 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects.
5 years of experience managing vendor relationships.
5 years of experience with data center equipment/environments, including electrical switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems and fire safety systems.
Experience in requirements gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, and scheduling and achieving objectives within set goals.
Knowledge of standard practices in the design and construction industry, including design build processes and associated documents and agreements, and facility electrical and mechanical systems.
Understanding of start up/commissioning processes.

Manage multiple data center projects from inception to completion, overseeing all phases, including concept development, design, construction, and deployment.
Gather and analyze internal requirements, translating them into effective solutions that meet the needs of our data center operations teams.
Work effectively within an organization, collaborating with cross-functional partners, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
Communicate project updates, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.
Analyze and evaluate construction issues, developing creative solutions that minimize impact on project timelines and costs.
